i have a nikon now, just need to download the nikon photo software so i can get the pics off the camera.

also, i am going to model for a calendar [which will be sold on here] that will raise money for my burning man camp [the rue morgue] so we can create an even more kick ass place for people to party at night, and a nice chill space for people to remember lost loved ones, host their own wake [think something along the lines of a roast] and fold origami cranes so watch out for that soon!

so yes. new awesome things are happening.

life has been beyond hectic as of recent. i've had my identity stolen, and one of my best friends ~LadySpace passed away almost a week ago. the funeral will be in colorado, so traveling is in the future, and the funeral [at its current date] is the day before my birthday.

its been an interesting week to say the least.

i know i havent had any requests done, and i haven't even held a camera in my hands since burning man, but after all this shit is done i will get back into things.

anywho...so im sort of in the process of moving out of my parents',
and starting school,
and starting a third job,
and preparing for burning man.

whew!

so with that said, dont expect many stocks [other than perhaps a few goofing off if i have extra time to myself] in the next month or so, or at least until my brain isn't so scrambled.

so i work for this really really awesome thrift store. money from the thrift store goes to the opportunity house, a halfway house/homeless shelter in the town i live that helps people get on their feet. they are put through a program, screened and tested constantly for drugs and alcohol. we help them find jobs, we help them find places to live, and we help them LIVE again.

every once in a while we do silly crazy fundraisers. our current fundraiser is called 'the jungle.' volunteers are labeled as 'celebrities' and stuck in the jungle until they can raise enough money to get out. i am a celebrity in the jungle. if you can spare even just a buck or two, head over to the opportunity house website [link] and click the paypal donate thingy mabobber. on the paypal page in the notes/memo area write "pink's jungle donation" or something along those lines in the notes/memo section. every little bit counts. money from this fundraiser will be used to move and build a larger opportunity house so that we can have the chance to help even more people out.
