so i work for this really really awesome thrift store. money from the thrift store goes to the opportunity house, a halfway house/homeless shelter in the town i live that helps people get on their feet. they are put through a program, screened and tested constantly for drugs and alcohol. we help them find jobs, we help them find places to live, and we help them LIVE again.

every once in a while we do silly crazy fundraisers. our current fundraiser is called 'the jungle.' volunteers are labeled as 'celebrities' and stuck in the jungle until they can raise enough money to get out. i am a celebrity in the jungle. if you can spare even just a buck or two, head over to the opportunity house website [link] and click the paypal donate thingy mabobber. on the paypal page in the notes/memo area write "pink's jungle donation" or something along those lines in the notes/memo section. every little bit counts. money from this fundraiser will be used to move and build a larger opportunity house so that we can have the chance to help even more people out.
